Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your PHANTOM purchase. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you. That could be in the form of a replacement item, store credit or refund.
Please note: We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for a change of mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have written in your journal or notebook, it is not edible for a refund.
It is your responsibility to provide us with a safe and proven address. Due to fraud concerns we will not refund any orders marked as delivered and or signed for by our delivery partner.
Please double check the correct spelling of the address when placing the order. We will not be responsible for packages claimed as lost when the tracking shows it was delivered to the address provided.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Our refund policy
Once your refund is approved, you have three options.
1. Receive refund via your original payment method
Allow between 2-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Please note, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
2. Receiving a store credit for future use
This credit is for your original amount and is valid for 12 months from issue.
3. Allow us to ship a replacement item to you
We will do our best to ship a replacement item to you within a reasonable timeframe. Please note, due to the limited nature of our products this is subject to availability.
