Our Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PHANTOM purchase.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. This may be in the form of a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please note:
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • your item is defective

  • your item is damaged

  • you receive the wrong item

This allows us to assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • Journals, notebooks, or paper goods that have been written in, used, or altered are not eligible for a refund, unless they are faulty.

  • It is your responsibility to provide a safe and accurate delivery address at checkout. Due to fraud prevention measures, we are unable to refund orders that are marked as delivered or signed for by our delivery partner.

  • Please double-check your address details when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for packages claimed as lost when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • photos (where applicable)

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Your Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

1. Refund to original payment method
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 2–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Store credit
Receive store credit for the original purchase amount, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

3. Replacement item
We can ship a replacement item within a reasonable timeframe. Due to the limited edition nature of some products, replacements are subject to availability.

If a replacement is not available because the item has sold out, we will offer you the choice of a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
